Custodial Buildings and Grounds
Our Custodial Buildings and Grounds Department takes pride in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming schools for our students, staff, and community. Our team is responsible for the care and upkeep of four school buildings located on nearly 100 acres of district property.
We follow a comprehensive preventive maintenance program that includes routine inspections, scheduled testing, and detailed reporting to support healthy learning and working environments. All operations are conducted in compliance with local requirements, State of Connecticut regulations, and applicable federal standards, including guidance from the Connecticut Departments of Public Health.
Through proactive planning and consistent care, we are committed to providing well-maintained facilities and grounds that support student success and community pride.
